By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Website or Services.
2.1 Acceptance of Terms: By using the Services, clicking “I Agree,” or otherwise indicating consent, you accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
2.2 Eligibility: You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement, and will comply with all applicable laws. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
We may revise this Agreement periodically. Any modifications become effective immediately upon posting to the Website with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Certain features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited conduct includes violating laws, impersonation, interfering with systems, distributing malware, reverse-engineering the Services, or using AI/automation to exploit our systems.
You agree to provide accurate billing information. Payments are processed through third-party providers like Stripe or PayPal. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all sales are final.
Subscriptions begin upon payment and automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected], effective at the end of your current billing period.
All materials on the Website, including text, graphics, software, AI models, and logos, are owned by Carter Service Solution or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal or internal business use only.
By submitting content, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide license to use and distribute it for business purposes. You represent that you own the rights to the content submitted.
10.1 AI Data Processing: You consent to data collection for AI improvement, including text/voice interactions and usage analytics. We take steps to anonymize data where possible.
10.2 AI Content and Limitations: AI-generated responses are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy. You agree not to use AI for illegal activities or attempt to extract proprietary AI data.
We offer SMS for property inquiries, appointment confirmations, reminders, and notifications.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed USD $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 6 months.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in King County, Washington.
